Stella is a four-piece ‘groove’ band, bringing you the best of Motown, funk, classic rock and blues. Now celebrating five years, they regularly play Dempseys, Vic’s, Fargo Parks celebrations and the Midco Stage on Broadway.
Summers you will find them in Lakes Country at Zorbaz, the Hotel Shoreham, PIT 611, and Long Bridge.

The band formed during the pandemic. We had time on our hands. It was an opportunity to bring together the best musicians in the area, to create the band each of us always wanted.
We asked ourselves, “What are the songs people want to hear, but cover bands rarely play?”
Stella! was born to give Fargo a dance band different from the same old, same old. We bring back the best of classic soul, Motown and funk.
Our song list spans 40+ years, from current hits to classics remade with a twist. You’ve heard these tunes, but not like this. We’re more that just another Fargo cover band. We love being a dance band.
