Stella is a four-piece ‘groove’ band, bringing you the best of funk, disco and classic rock, with a dash of blues and country. Our claim to fame? Blue Eyed Soul. Motown and funky stuff with broad appeal. Tunes that make you want to dance. The stuff that makes you feel good.

Now in our fifth year, the band formed during the pandemic. We had time on our hands.
It was an opportunity to bring together the best musicians in the area, to create the band each of us always wanted. We asked ourselves, “What are the songs people want to hear, but cover bands rarely play?”
Stella! was born to give Fargo a dance band different from the same old, same old. We bring back the best of classic soul, Motown and funk. Then we added classic rock, country and blues for variety.
We invested in a top-of-the-line Bose™ sound system, premium light show, and hours of rehearsal.
Our song list spans 40+ years, from current hits to classics remade with a twist. You’ve heard these tunes, but not like this. We’re more that just another Fargo cover band.
